Alteration Request Protocol
Dear Staff,
The Facilities
Department has modified the protocol process for requesting department
or personal space alterations and moves, which require the Facilities
Department assistance. This protocol will enable us to prioritize and
schedule these moves. All moves or alterations require Cabinet approval.
Please follow the process listed below when requesting space
alterations-moves.

Submit a written request of your
intentions including a detailed floor plan outlining the space
alteration or move. Please note any electrical, telephone, computer,
or other special needs the move will generate.

Your request will be discussed at the
next regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting.

You will be contacted once a final
decision is made.

If your plan is approved, a work order
must be submitted to Facilities.
