Willamette ESD Administration

Dr. Maureen T. Casey is the Superintendent of Willamette Education Service District. She received her Doctorate from the University of Oregon in Educational Psychology, a M.S. from Washington State University in Communication Disorders, a MA from Western Oregon State University in Counseling, a BS in Psychology and BA in Communication Disorders from Gonzaga University.
Dr. Casey has 30 years of experience in a variety of educational settings from preschool to post secondary. She has worked in educational administration, special education, bilingual education, and alternative education. Maureen serves on a variety of committees and is currently the Chair of the Funding Subcommittee of the Interim Legislative Task Force and serves on COSA’s Education Policy Commission.

Dr. Dave Novotney is the Deputy Superintendent of Willamette Education Service District. He received his Doctorate from Oregon State University in Education, a M.S. from Western Oregon University in Education and History, a M.Ed. from Albertson College of Idaho in Secondary School Administration, and a BA in Physical Education and Social Studies from Willamette University. Dr Novotney has served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Dallas School District in Dallas Oregon.
