Substitute Registration
This is an automated system designed to place substitutes in temporary positions. Employees can enter an absence at any time they wish 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, Substitutes can search for available jobs at anytime based upon preference lists managed by the districts.

Crisis Response / Flight Team
The Flight Team is a school-based crisis response team. The Team is comprised of specially trained educators, mental health specialists and community volunteers who are willing to aid a school facing a crisis. These crises most often involve the death of a student or staff person. However, other kinds of traumatic events may also be addressed by a Flight Team response.

Project Solutions Group
The Project Solutions Group (PSG) are specialists in providing construction management related services for school districts. We offer project management, construction management, constructability and building commissioning services for school districts throughout the State of Oregon.

Student Threat Assessment
In partnership with public mental health, law enforcement, and juvenile justice agencies, the Safe Schools and Healthy Students Program provides Student Threat Assessment services to all participating rural school districts in Marion and Polk Counties and all participating districts in Yamhill County.
