If you need help with FinancePlus or eFinance (our Financial Applications) you can request support in three different ways:

Once your ticket has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail with your ticket number.  Our ticketing system allows for automated updates -- at any time, you can simply reply to the e-mail if you need to add any additional information to the ticket.  Ticket activity will also be e-mailed to you as our technicians work to resolve your issues.  For further information about our ticketing system, please visit http://www.wesd.org/it/webhelpdesk.
