Finance Application Support
If you need help with FinancePlus or eFinance (our Financial Applications) you can request support in three different ways:
- Call our Pentamation Help Desk at 503.385.4713 (Toll Free: 1.866.WTS.PENT or 1.866.987.7368)
- E-mail your request to financesupport@wesd.org
- Submit a request via our web-based ticketing system at http://helpdesk.wesd.org
Once your ticket has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail with your ticket number. Our ticketing system allows for automated updates -- at any time, you can simply reply to the e-mail if you need to add any additional information to the ticket.
