Substitute Registration

***There will be three days of open registration this summer for new substitutes, licensed and classified***

We will be taking registrations from new licensed and classified substitutes for the 2013 - 2014 school year on the following dates:
July 30th and August 1st, 2013 at the WESD Marion Center in Salem 
July 31st, 2013 at the WESD Yamhill Center in McMinnville
Hours: 8:00-11:30am and 1:00-4:00pm. 

Willamette ESD Substitute Management System

Willamette ESD’s Substitute Management System is pleased to present AESOP. This is an automated system designed to place substitutes in temporary positions. Employees can enter an absence at any time they wish 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, substitutes can search for available jobs at any time based upon preference lists that the districts manage. School and district administrators can log onto AESOP and see who is out, why, and when absences are registered including who the substitute will be. You may come in to register during our on-going registration times on Tuesdays between 10am and 12pm.
Please print and fill out the forms below, and pick up a fingerprint packet ($59.00 fee, payable by exact cash, check or credit card) from:

Registration Forms:

In order for your name to be considered for our list of qualified substitutes the following must be completed: 

• 2012-2013 AESOP Registration Form 
   
• Willamette ESD Background Questions
  $5.00 fee, payable by exact cash, check or credit card.
   
• I-9 Form - Please bring ID as specified on the back of the I-9 form (such as Driver’s License and Social Security Card OR Passport). You will also need to fill out an I-9 and W-4 in each district that you work for. 
   
• Photo ID - $10.50 fee, payable by exact cash, check or credit card.
   
• Disclosure Release
  $20.00 Payment exact cash, check or credit card to cover paperwork required by Oregon House Bill 2062. Includes the Last 3 Educational Employers form below.
   
• Last 3 Educational Employers

Licensed Substitutes Must Present:

• Original Teaching Certificate -- To be stamped and copied
   
• TSPC Licensed Teachers do not need to complete additional fingerprinting with WESD

Classified Substitutes Must Complete:

• Fingerprints 
   
  $59.00 fee, payable by exact cash, check or credit card. (Fingerprinting packets are available to pick up at the front desk of either one of the Willamette ESD offices)
   
  If you were fingerprinted in Oregon for education purposes within the last 3 years, we will accept a copy of the fingerprint verification form. It is your responsibility request a copy to be sent to our office. If prints are within 3 years but over 1 year old you must complete the criminal history form specified below. Fingerprinting must be repeated if not continually residing in Oregon.
