Records Exchange Advice, Communication, & Technical Support (REACTS)

In effort to accelerate the nation-wide use of the MSIX consolidated record for its intended purposed (i.e. enrollment, grade/course placement and accrual of credits) and to increase State capacity to implement MSIX, the Department has launched the Records Exchange Advice, Communication and Technical Support (REACTS) Project.  Novel Management Group and WestEd, their partner, will provide advice, consultation, communication materials, and common tools (e.g. best practices, process and procedure templates) that can be used to further States efforts to implement or improve their records exchange program.
