Oregon School
Improvement Facilitators are seasoned educators highly skilled in group
and change processes who understand the challenges schools face in
meeting NCLB mandates. They bring years of experience and accomplishment
in improving the educational outcomes for all students. They bring
training, tools, and other resources to facilitate improvement planning
process. School Improvement Facilitators tailor their support to the
unique needs of individual schools, working with staff and
