Willamette Education Service District (WESD) is pleased to have been selected by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) as an official "Supplemental Education Service (SES) Provider" as outlined by the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Educational Act.  This includes providing individual and small group tutoring to students Kindergarten through twelfth grade at the parent/guardian's request.  This tutoring service is provided at no cost to the parent/guardian, so long as the student attends a qualifying school.  Students can receive up to thirty-five contracted tutoring hours.  For more information, please review the SES Program brochure.

Four Corners Elementary School:  503.399.3145

Who
Tutoring is available to students eligible as determined by the school district.  Factors considered include the following:                                     

  • Students on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Grades K-12
  • English Language Learners (ELL), Grades K-12
  • Migrant Youth, Grades K-12
  • Students Requiring Assistance to Reach Oregon State Benchmarks, Grades K-12

What
Individual tutoring up to thirty-five contracted hours in the following academic areas:

  • Math
  • Reading & Writing

When
Time to be arranged  based on the family's schedule and the availability of a space and tutor.

Where
The student's residential public school.

How
