The streaming video from this site has
been designed to be accessed from a variety of connection speeds, from
fast modems to broadband connections, and will adjust itself on the fly
to provide the best viewing opportunity. However, if you are experiencing
difficulty in viewing videos with problems such as excessively low quality
or frequent pauses, you may wish to adjust the properties of Windows
Media Player. From the file menu go to "Tools" and select "Options." Under "Options" select
the "Performance" tab and pay attention to "Connection
Speed." The default setting is "Detect Connection Speed," this
is the first setting you should try. If that doesn't work you can adjust
the connection speed to the setting that best reflects your situation.
