Customer Support
Specialist/ Special Education Module
Dean has
worked for ESD since April, 2005 as a Pentamation Support Specialist
and Trainer. He
supports IEP Plus and Crystal Reports. He previously worked as
a Production Manager for a medical device manufacturing company.
His jobs included internal technical support, product development
and implementation. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1989-1992. He
has an AS Degree in Electronics Technology from Heald College in
Sacramento Ca. |
