Staff Biographies
Customer Support Specialist ll/ Finance Module
Robin is a Pentamation Trainer for the Finance Module. Previously,
Robin was a Software Applications Instructor for Interface
Computer School in Spokane, Washington. She also held the
position of Testing Administrator, administering certification
tests (i.e. Microsoft Office certifications, A+, Network +,
Novell, Linux, etc.) as well as prepared quarterly Newsletters
for the website. In addition to Pentamation Training, Robin is
responsible for ERATE processing as well as training multiple
software applications in the Willamette ESD Training Lab. Robin
holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Horticulture from Spokane
Community College and is Master Certified in Microsoft Office 97
and 2000.
