Shawn Russell

Application Developer III
Shawn Russell is an Application Developer III for the Pentamation Support Team. Previously, Shawn has spent thirteen years with the State of Oregon as a database analyst, systems architect, and network manager. Shawn developed application software primarily for the Oregon Department of Education and Oregon Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development, in areas such as Special Education, Migrant, School to Work, OPTE, GED, and Community Colleges.
