Staff Biographies
Customer Support Specialist ll / Student Module / TESA
In May 2005,
Amy came to WESD to work in Pentamation as a Customer Support
Specialist for the Student Module and as TESA support for Region
1.
Amy
previously worked at State Farm for almost 10 years doing
helpdesk support for 100+ agents in the regional office. She was
also their Microsoft Office software trainer. She then worked
for two years for the Oregon Department of Education. She
worked with TESA, the web-based testing program used by the
state of Oregon to administer assessment tests to students in
grades 3 through 12. She coordinated all testing for the state.
