How is Pentamation different?
It offers fully integrated Student, Fiscal and Special Education software application in a "point-an-click" environment for less money than many of the legacy "green-screen" systems. 

How will my data be protected from intrusion or service failure? 
With dedicated generator power backups and offsite real time server clustering. Offsite realtime clustering uses an offsite server to continuously backup your data to ensure it is always available. Additionally nightly backups, firewalls, and encryption provide the highest level of security for your data.

How much does Pentamation cost? 
$12.50 per ADM for the Student Information System
$9.50 per ADM for the Fiscal Information System 
$5.00 per identified student for the Special Education Information System

Is Pentamation for large or small districts? 
Both!  Pentamation has an impeccable success rates in large and small districts...many are right here in Oregon.  

How will my data be converted from my existing system? 
Willamette ESD's team of experts will convert all required data regardless of your legacy system. 

Do I need to purchase any hardware or software? 
No.  All you need is a Windows or Mac Operating System, an Internet connection and a web browser...that's it! 

Does Pentamation comply with Oregon state reporting laws? 
Yes. Pentamation complies with all Oregon state reporting and Immunization laws.
