Comprehensive Evaluation Team

The comprehensive evaluation team is led by a K-12 school psychologist, who will provide evaluations that meet all requirements for multiple eligibility categories. The team may also collaborate with the Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluation Team if requested by the referring district, or if deemed appropriate during the pre-evaluation consultation. In addition to the consultation that will assist the district in structuring the evaluation request, the team will provide a comprehensive psychoeducational report and a team member to participate in the interpretation of the assessment results for the eligibility meeting. Referrals for these evaluation slots will be submitted by the school district. For questions regarding the evaluation of student for special education eligibility, please contact the student’s current school.
Services may include:
- Consultation with Pre-referral team prior to the evaluation planning meeting
- Comprehensive file review
- Consultation or attendance at evaluation planning meeting
- Completed academic, cognitive, and behavioral assessments necessary for evaluation plan
- Psychological evaluation report provided to the IEP team prior to the eligibility meeting
- Consultation or attendance at eligibility meeting
