Technology and Network Help Desk

  • Our Technical Support Help Desk provides technical service and support for all Willamette ESD owned and operated sites and also for outside-contracted sites in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. Our services include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, network connectivity, email, printers, and internet provisions depending on each department’s or site’s Service Level Agreements.  Web and e-mail tickets are addressed during regular business hours.

     
    Willamette ESD's Technical Support Team is a member of the Cascade Technology Alliance. CTA is comprised of staff from Columbia Gorge ESD, Multnomah ESD, Northwest Regional ESD, and Willamette ESD. This collaborative effort provides you with a broader skill set and higher availability of support than any single ESD could provide.
