Our Technical Support Help Desk provides technical service and support for all Willamette ESD-owned and operated sites and also for outside-contracted sites in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties. Our services include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, network connectivity, email, printers, and internet provisions depending on each department’s or site’s Service Level Agreements. Web and e-mail tickets are addressed during regular business hours.
