• Willamette ESD Non-Discrimination Practices

    Willamette ESD prohibits discrimination and harassment on any basis protected by law, including but not limited to race, color, religion, sex, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability or perceived disability, pregnancy, familial status, economic status, veterans' status, parental or marital status or age. This includes protections afforded by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, specifically Title VI and Title VII.

    Willamette ESD Americans with Disabilities Act Practices

    Willamette ESD prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities as described in the Americans with Disabilities Act. These protections include equal opportunity in public accommodation, employment, transportation, services, and telecommunications.

    Willamette ESD Rehabilitation Act Practices

    Willamette ESD prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities as described in Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act.

    Willamette ESD Title IX Practices

    Willamette ESD prohibits discrimination as prescribed in Title IX of the Education Amendment Act of 1972. No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
