Annual Employee Reimbursement

Willamette ESD supports your professional growth with annual reimbursement.

Eligibility and Process

2024-25 Reimbursement Amounts:

  • Administrative/Non-Rep Employees: Up to $2,604 per fiscal year. (prorated based on FTE).
  • Licensed Employees: Up to $2,119 per fiscal year. (prorated by FTE, subject to available funds)
  • Classified Employees: Up to $1,000 per fiscal year. (prorated by FTE, subject to available funds)

Steps to Receive Reimbursement:

  • Submit a Pre-Authorization request with a course description and proof of payment before the course starts.
  • After completing the course, submit your final grades and the original Pre-Auth in Certify.
  • A passing grade is required for reimbursement.
