Early Learning

What is Early Learning?

Early Learning supports children through programs such as Early Intervention (EI), Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), and Preschool Promise. EI/ECSE provides specialized services to help eligible children from birth to five years of age with developmental delays or disabilities to get ready for kindergarten by helping them grow and learn.
