Equity Diversity and Inclusion Department

The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Department's purpose is to work in partnership as EDI consultants alongside education professionals. Our goal is to advance equitable systems in education by building skills so that EDI becomes an integral element of all our practices and to increase student success and family engagement by co-creating equitable systemic change.

 

Role: EDI Consultants

• Serve as education human-centered thought partners 
• Co-develop and co-design inclusive cultures
• Co-design strategic pathways and implementation
• Training and group dialogue 
• Foster critical thinking
• Share content-specific resources
• Serve as conveners 
• Language Access Plan support
