WESD Staff Reservations

We have conference & meeting rooms throughout the Marion Center & other WESD sites that staff can reserve for their use for small meetings to large conferences.  Some departments have dedicated meeting spaces for their use only.

To Reserve A Room

All conference & meeting rooms must be reserved before use. To reserve a room, all staff must contact their department clerical or administrative assistant to submit their request. Your request does not guarantee that you will get the room you requested. You will receive confirmation of your reservation approval or a request for additional information.

You must review the Terms of Agreement for using WESD Facilities before you can reserve a room.  You can download a copy using this LINK.
