WESD Staff Reservations

Reservation Process

WESD staff can reserve conference & meeting rooms throughout the Marion Center & other WESD sites for small meetings to large conferences.  Some departments have dedicated meeting spaces for their use only.

Rooms must be reserved before use. To reserve a room, all staff must contact their department's clerical or administrative assistant to submit their request. You will receive confirmation of your reservation approval, notification of any changes to your request, or a request for additional information.

You must review the Terms of Agreement for using WESD Facilities before you can reserve a room.  You can download a copy below.
