Organizational Culture and Development Department

Purpose:

The Organizational Culture and Development (OCADD) Department's purpose is to work in partnership as consultants alongside education professionals. Our goal is to advance equitable systems in education by building skills so that OCADD becomes an integral element of all our practices and to increase student success and family engagement by co-creating equitable systemic change.
 

Role: OCADD Consultants

  • Serve as education human-centered thought partners 
  • Co-develop and co-design inclusive cultures
  • Co-design strategic pathways and implementation
  • Training and group dialogue 
  • Foster critical thinking
  • Share content-specific resources
  • Serve as conveners 
  • Language Access Plan support
