The Organizational Culture and Development Department (OCADD) collaborates with educators to build capacity and shape equitable systems rooted in belonging, strengthening outcomes for staff, students, and families.
 

Role: OCADD Consultants

  • Serve as education human-centered thought partners 
  • Co-develop and co-design inclusive cultures
  • Co-design strategic pathways and implementation
  • Offer training and group dialogue 
  • Foster critical thinking
  • Share content-specific resources
  • Serve as conveners
