School Improvement Services
At Willamette Education Service District, the School Improvement Services (SIS) Department partners with schools, districts, and local communities to enhance teaching, learning, and leadership across our region. Our team provides technical assistance, coaching, professional learning, family resources, and custom support, designed to strengthen systems, support educators, and improve outcomes for every student.
Through collaboration and innovation, we help districts design and implement strategic integrated plans, align curriculum and instruction, use data-driven decision making, and promote safe, supportive, and inclusive school envrionments. Our specialists, administrators, and staff support a wide range of initiatives, including instructional improvement, social-emotional learning, attendance and engagement, 9th Grade On-Track, high school success, nutrition services, Title IC resources and continuous improvement planning.
We also provide customized services, tailored to meet the unique needs of individual schools and districts. Whether your team is seeking coaching, facilitation, data analysis, or targeted professional development, our experts will work with you to co-design solutions that align with your goals and priorities.
Together, we serve, support, innovate, and lead — ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.
