An Industry Connected Project involves partnering with a business to provide an interactive, industry-based project in the classroom. Control Tower staff will recruit business partners, facilitate planning events, and support the integration of these projects into the curriculum. This collaboration offers students hands-on learning experiences that bridge classroom knowledge with real-world applications.

Job Shadowing is a 2-8 hour in-person experience where students observe the workday of a job they’re interested in. Control Tower staff will coordinate with industry hosts and assist with the job shadow agreement process, ensuring a valuable and informative experience that helps students gain firsthand insight into potential career paths.
