Emergency Preparedness & Training

Students need a culture of felt safety for educational success. Felt safety is when a person feels or perceives that they are safe in their environment. This requires physical and psychological safety measures. Using a trauma informed and equity centered approach, WESD provides technical assistance to our regional school districts.
