Our Tech Help Desk provides technical service and support for all Willamette ESD-owned and operated sites and also for outside-contracted sites in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.
Our services include:
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers, network connectivity, email, printers, and internet provisions depending on each department’s or site’s Service Level Agreements. Web and e-mail tickets are addressed during regular business hours.
