The School Attorney will provide high quality, cost effective legal services to school districts within the WESD service areas in Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties. The School Attorney also represents and advises the superintendent, board members, administrators and staff in labor contract development, collective bargaining, labor contract administration, employee relations, student and employee discipline, civil rights, wage and hour obligations, risk management and liability matters and other general legal concerns.
