Effective Innovative Service
The Oregon Migrant Education Service Center (OMESC), in collaboration with ODE's Title I-C Program, provides professional development, technical support, and program planning consistent with the needs of the regional programs serving eligible migrant students. These needs include, but are not limited to, Identification & Recruitment, Record Exchange, Family Involvement, Bi-national Programs, & Educational Best Practices. Our vision in all that we do is to provide effective, innovative services.
Through collaboration, provide leadership, professional development and technical assistance to ensure the academic success of migrant children, in the 21st Century.
