Art of Transformational Coaching

November 5, 7, 12, and 14 from 4pm- 6pm

This workshop focuses on:

  • Building emotional resilience in educators and interrupting inequitable practices.
  • Coaching behaviors, beliefs, and ways of being, and when to coach in each of these domains.
  • Foundational coaching abilities: building trust, cultivating agency, and navigating power dynamics.
  • Leaning into your strengths as a coach and leader and how to address areas for growth.

Building Bridges; Expanding the Foundation of Belonging

This beginner to intermediate virtual workshop is designed to guide educators in exploring and reflecting on how cultural experience creates their own individual “lens” and how it impacts their view of community, students, and colleagues.

Novice Educator Community of Practice

The monthly Novice Educator Community of
Practice is designed to provide support for novice
educators at all grade levels in their first four
years of teaching. We will provide professional
learning, high leverage strategies and time for intentional collaboration.

Mentor Community of Practice 

Participants will meet virtually for 90 minutes each month; 45 minutes will be professional development specifically related to mentoring or coaching, and 45 minutes will be a space for community problem solving and collaboration.

Participants will receive the foundational principles of Transformational Coaching, equity literacy, and coaching for equity.

Experienced/Novice Educator Pairings match
novice educators with experienced
educators trained in mentoring or coaching
to provide emotional and instructional
support. Meetings occur virtually or in
person, outside of contract hours.
