Willamette Valley Experienced/Novice Educator Pairing Program
Our Experienced/Novice Educator Pairings program connects new educators with trained mentor teachers who provide guidance,
encouragement, and instructional support. If you are in your first four years of teaching or working under an emergency license, this program is for you.
